Hi! I’m Kat. I’m an illustrator / painter / creator based in Chicago. I’m from a town called Normal in Illinois and since I was a kid, I knew I wanted to move to Chicago and make art. I enjoy creating pieces with witty wordplay and sharing them with the community. I’ve recently began creating street art around the Logan Square neighborhood – ranging from “Take What U Need” flyers on light posts to hanging stamped envelopes to write loved ones and to help save the USPS. Art should not be limited to museums; art is for everyone. My goal is to spread positivity through my work and to continue to build relationships in our Chicago community.
